适用基层：

● 适用于工业厂房、仓储、地下停车场、医疗、教育、家庭、商业公共场所等地面工程的基层找平。

 

基层处理：

● 基层必须干燥、坚实、可承重、无尘、无妨碍粘结杂物。为保证自流平表面强度和附着力，建议使用亨历 510通用型水性界面剂或亨历521双组份环氧界面剂对基层进行处理。

适用基层：

● 乳液型界面处理剂，用于墙地面吸收性基层如混凝土、水泥砂浆、石膏基层的底涂，即封闭基层的毛细孔和缝隙，降低多孔性基层的吸收性；同时增强基层的界面附着力，起粘接桥的作用。经底涂后的基层可以进行亨历自流平找平层的施工。

 

施工方法：

● 基层清理干净后，根据基层情况选用合适的界面剂。当界面剂施工后，处于半干状态时（约底涂施工后2-4小时），开始自流平施工。

● 在一容器中倒入5L清水，然后慢慢加入一包25kg的自流平，配水比例为5升水：25公斤自流平粉末；用搅拌机搅拌 3-5 分钟至均匀无团的浆状，将混合料倒出，均匀地铺开，用抹刀布展均匀至所需的厚度，刚施工好的混合料要防止受阳光直射和强风吹拂，混合料须在20分钟内完成施工。也可以采用输送能力（20-40公升/分钟）的泵输送浆体进行施工。

● 初凝前需使用特制消泡辊滚压，以排除浆体内空气。

 

注意事项：

● 由于本品含水泥，会与水反应产生强碱性，避免与皮肤、眼睛接触。一旦接触，立即用大量清水冲洗；如果皮肤或眼睛受到伤害，立即就医 。本品完全硬化后不会产生对身体、环境有影响的物质。

 

包装与储存：

● HENRY 543水泥基厚层自流平的用量约为1.7㎏/㎡∙ mm（具体用量由施工厚度以及基面的实际条件决定）。

Applicable substrate:

Substrate Preparation:

The base must be dry, firm, load-bearing, dust-free, and free from impurities. In order to ensure the self-leveling surface strength and adhesion, HENRY 510 is recommend for absorbent /HENRY 521non-absorbent substrate.

 

Construction method:

1. After cleaning up the grassroots, should choose the appropriate interface agent, when the interface agent in the semi dry state ( about 2-4 hours after the bottom coating construction), began to self leveling construction.

2.In a container of water poured into the 5L, then slowly add a bag of 25kg self leveling, stirring for 3-5 minutes to uniform group slurry mixer, the mixture is poured, evenly spread, with a spatula to exhibit uniform required thickness, good construction mixture just to prevent direct sunlight by the sun and the wind blowing, mixture construction must be completed in 20 minutes. The slurry can be conveyed with a pump capacity (20-40 L/min).

3.Before the initial coagulation, the use of special defoaming roll roll to exclude the air, to ensure uniform thickness.

Matters needing attention：

As this product contains cement, it reacts with water to produce strong alkaline, and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Once in contact, flush immediately with water. If skin or eye is injured, seek medical attention immediately. This product is completely hardened and will not produce any material that affects the body or the environment.

 

Packaging and storage:

25kg composite paper bag packaging. This product must be stored in the room, pay attention to moisture, prevent freezing, exposure. No more than 8 layers on pallets, with a shelf life of 6 months.
